Which Dragon Ball Z game should I get for the PSP as a gift for by boyfriend?

My boyfriend has been talking about getting a Dragon Ball Z game for his PSP. He mentioned two games but one game has better reviews than the other. I want to get it for him but I have no idea which one to get. Help please?
